We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

 

Custom & Personalised Products

Custom-made items (personalised keychains, custom name signs, personalised table signs) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds
