Return & Refund Policy – Novelty Boy

At Novelty Boy, we take pride in creating custom-made products with care and precision.
Since most of our items are personalized, we follow the policy below:


1. No Returns on Custom Orders

  • All personalized/customized products (name keychains, coasters, signs, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

  • Please double-check spelling, colors, and design before finalizing your order.


2. Returns for Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of:

    • Damaged product

    • Outer packaging with shipping label visible


3. Conditions for Replacement

We will process a replacement if:
āœ… The product was damaged during shipping.
āœ… You received the wrong design, size, or color from what was ordered.

We will not replace/refund if:
āŒ The damage is due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
āŒ The order details were provided incorrectly by the customer.


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.


5. How to Request a Return/Replacement

Email us at support@noveltyboy.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Reason for return/replacement

  3. Photos/videos showing the issue
